I love music because a song that shares my mood makes my life feel so much more colorful and real–like seeing a rainbow with a friend. Music is magical in its ability to put emotion into common life experiences.   I thank my fans and DJs for their loyalty to this music genre, and getting this music heard!

I spent some time in 2014 Nashville, and met some great people and amazing entertainers.  I recorded “Years” with J.K. Coltrain, as well as my new release “Gold”, at Gene Breedon Studios; both these songs made national charts! I had a wonderful time performing at Larry’s Grand Ole Garage, Miss Jeanne’s Dinner Theatre, and CMAfest!  Performances in 2014 also included the “Burning of the Beetle” (Custer SD), the Dahl Arts Center “M.U.M.P.S.” (Rapid City, SD), “Guns, Boots, & Brands Gala ” for the Greater Area Chamber of Commerce (Lander, WY).

I finished a new album “Winter Left a Rose” with the title cut being a song I wrote, and 4 of the songs already on the airwaves!  I had the privilege of working with fine and creative musicians, at both Henhouse Recording Studio (Ben Winship, Idaho) and Gene Breeden Studios (Nashville, TN).  It includes newly written material and some of my treasured covers (I can never resist recording at least one Tom T Hall song!).  I am particularly excited about a special arrangement of “Wildwood Flower”–a family favorite– that my sister Joni and brother David joined me on!
